Millbrook Internal Medicine welcomes new patients. We accept most insurances-Medicare, Medicare HMO's, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Cross Federal, Blue Cross State, Blue Choice, Aetna, United Healthcare, Cigna, Carolina Care Plan, Premier, Wells Fargo TPA, Mail Handlers, Tricare Standard, and more.
We do not see patients for Workman's Compensation or Motor Vehicle Accidents. We do not accept Medicaid.
Dr. Marler accepts patients 16 years and older. If you are a senior citizen Dr. Marler provides care for many residents from Columbia's Independent/Assisted Living Facilities (Wildewood Downs, The Waterford, Rice Home, Alterra, Christopher Towers). If you need a commercial driver's license exam (CDL or DOT) have it done at our office. Dr. Marler designed the current SC DOT exam form used by thousands of commercial drivers in South Carolina!
If you require general healthcare (physicals, PAP smears, breast exams, prostate exams), management of chronic health conditions (diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, sleep disorders, erectile dysfunction, depression/anxiety, etc...), preventive healthcare, or have specific health complaints come join us at Millbrook Internal Medicine! Our office provides onsite blood testing, ECHO (heart ultrasound), and carotid ultrasound (stroke screen). The nearest hospital to Millbrook Internal Medicine is Providence NE Hospital (10 minutes away). Adjacent to our office is Sleep Works, a sleep lab. A fully accredited radiology facility is also minutes
away from our office.
If you wish to become a new patient download these 3 forms, and return them to our office in person, mail, or by fax. An appointment will be scheduled for you, typically as soon as a few days or more.
